Horizontal linear boring & honing machine LBH-50
1. Motor assembly :The power part of the machine is used to drive the honing rod for rotation
2. Motor support :For placement of the motor and the gearbox ;
3. Indicating light for cooling oil pump
4. Cooling oil pump switch ;
5. Stroke stop :Used to adjust the stroke of the honing rod ;
6. Hardwood seat :For shelving and placing the honing rod ;
7. Oil pipe retaining ring :Spray the oil to the left or right for cooling of the spray nozzle, turn on/off the spray nozzle ;
8. Oil control valve assembly :Control the flow of cooling oil ;
9. Oil pipe holder :Oil pipe loop ;
10. Lifting handle :Rotate the handle to move the table up and down ;
11. Upper oil tray :Collect the coolant oil on the honing rod ;
12. Door sheet :Keep the coolant from splashing ;
13. Screw :Press the work-piece ;
14. Clamp nut :Clamp the work-piece ;
15. Fixture beam :Worktable, mount the work-piece ;
16. Press plate :Press the work-piece ;
17. Cylinder support :For clamping of , engine parts ;
