1. box structure
- Double warehouse zoning:Left distribution cabin(Incoming and outgoing lines, main switches)+Right metering bin(Electricity meter installation, secondary wiring), clear zoning, can meet the lead sealing requirements of the power supply department;
- Material: Cold-rolled steel plate electrostatically sprayed (optional stainless steel), outdoor protection level IP54~IP65, waterproof, dustproof and corrosion resistant;
- Sealing design: The door panel is equipped with sealing tape and hinged door opening, making installation and maintenance convenient.
2. Electrical component configuration
- main loop switch: Two upper and lower three-phase molded case circuit breakers (3P), realizingone in one out, with short circuit, overload and undervoltage protection, and can manually disconnect the isolated power supply;
- Connecting copper bar: Adopt thick copper rows, yellow/green/red three-phase color separation wiring, sufficient current carrying capacity, solid wiring, suitable for high-power photovoltaic systems;
- metering assembly: Two electricity meter installation brackets and terminal strips are reserved in the right warehouse, and secondary control lines are provided to directly install the State Grid standard electricity meter for power generation/electricity consumption measurement;
- parts for: Reserve cable sheaths, grounding copper bars in the box, and spare wiring consumables. The wiring is neat and safe.
- Safe grid-connected protection: Moulded case switches have complete electrical protection to prevent photovoltaic reverse power transmission, short circuit overload, and adapt to grid-connected requirements such as anti-island protection and loss of voltage tripping;
- Acceptance compliance: Measuring and power distribution are physically isolated, and the meter bin can be sealed with lead to meet the grid connection acceptance specifications of power companies;
- High power adaptation: Moulded case switches can be customized to 100A/160A/200A and other specifications, and can be adapted to 30- 100KW photovoltaic inverters connected to the grid;
- convenient installation: Wall-mounted installation, reasonable layout of incoming and outgoing lines, reducing the workload of on-site wiring, and can be used indoors/outdoors.
- Self-built residential photovoltaic power stations in rural areas;
- Industrial and commercial distributed photovoltaic projects such as factories, shops, and warehouses;
- 380V three-phase low-voltage residual power grid connected/fully connected photovoltaic grid connected system.
