3.2 Main technical features of complete equipment production line for spinning melt nonwovens:
1. Feeding and metering system: vacuum suction or blower blowing. Weighing type measurement accuracy is high. High and low material level automatic alarm.
2. Spinning die head: single rack melt distribution channel, post-doctoral workstation development, four-coordinate machining center processing, manual grinding.
3. Spinning components: the whole wide plate spinneret is used. The melt-blown component adopts adjustable quick-mounting type, which is convenient for adjustment and high efficiency.
4. Side-blowing bellows: the interior is equipped with multi-layer stepped variable aperture rectifier plate, uniform distribution of cold air, convenient disassembly and cleaning.
5. Draft air duct: The inner wall is processed and polished with stainless steel plate, and the slit width can be adjusted at the same time.
6. Diffusion air duct: The channel is made of stainless steel plate, which is guaranteed to be flat without deformation through special molding process and welding technology. The new machine adopts a digital adjusting wheel, which can adjust the opening size of the width direction online, so as to facilitate the process adjustment and production management of the product.
7. Mesh machine: roller adopts dynamic balance test to ensure smooth operation. The surface of the roller is made of ceramic material to prevent entanglement. The melt-blown position is protected by a pneumatic screen curtain.
8. Melt-blowing system: imported spiral fan is used to produce draft airflow, constant pressure, low spinning pressure, high efficiency and energy saving.
9. Melt-blow offline production: In the spunmelt composite production line, the melt-blow offline net forming machine and offline winding machine can be configured in addition, the melt-blow system can produce melt-blow products separately, and the main line can also produce SS and other products at the same time. Achieve a multi-purpose machine.
10. Electronic control system: The whole machine adopts PLC control, the synchronous unit of the production line adopts AC frequency conversion motor, the spinning system adopts electric heating, the process parameters and faults have display and alarm function, the system is stable and reliable.
