HIGH STRENGTH MDF (MEDIUM DENSITY FIBREBOARD)

High Strength Raw MDF stands for Medium Density Fiberboard. Medium Density Fiberboard is made of plant fibers, applied with urea-formaldehyde resin or other synthetic resins, and pressed under heating and pressure conditions to form a board with a density in the range of 0.50～0.88g/cm3. Others can also be added. Suitable additives to improve the properties of the board. There is no water consumption in the production process, and it can be recycled.

MDF also known as fibreboard, is a wood-based panel made of lignocellulosic resin or other suitable adhesives. Adhesives and/or additives can be applied during the manufacturing process. The MDF has the advantages of uniform material, small difference in longitudinal and transverse strength, and is not easy to crack, and has wide application. It takes about 2.5 to 3 cubic meters of wood to make 1 cubic meter of MDF which can replace 3 cubic meters of sawn timber or 5 cubic meters of logs. The development of fiberboard production is an effective way to comprehensively utilize wood resources.

Product Features

High-strength protective layer, not only high scratch resistance, high wear resistance, but also high moisture resistance. The shape, color and surface texture of MDF create unlimited space for the design. The closed powder package greatly reduces the residual formaldehyde emission in the MDF, and bacteria are not easy to grow. MDF can effectively remove formaldehyde in the board at the same time, meeting environmental protection standards. It effectively achieves energy saving and emission reduction.
