The CKX40H slant bed CNC lathe produced by our company is two axis linkage, semi-closed loop with high precision and good thermal stability. It is equipped with modular design, fully enclosed protection, and computer-aided optimized structure. Key parts for a long time of aging processing, advanced equipment processing. The bed body and related important parts are made of high quality cast iron material, scientific and reasonable structural design, to ensure the high precision requirements of the whole machine.
⚫ Bed body: It is made of high quality high strength cast iron material,with 30 °inclined layout, rigid strong earthquake resistance, smooth chip convey, to ensure the high rigidity requirements of the whole machine.
⚫ Spindle: The spindle adopts high precision quality bearing,with the best span design. And the high precision double column cylindrical roller bearing has strong rigidity.The maximum speed can reach 4000rpm and its components meet the requirements of high rigidity, high precision, high speed. The spindle standard configuration of servo main motor can achieve accurate positioning.
⚫ Spindle box: It uses the whole machine sand casting, wide bottom binding area,box surface and multiple reinforced reinforcement plate which can not only strengthen rigidity, but also enhance the heat dissipation effect to ensure that the spindle long time running accuracy is not changed.
⚫ Feed Axis: It adopts servo motor drive, precision ball screw drive and the screw uses C3 class Japanese THK ball screw prepress design that has high rigidity and good accuracy. The elastic coupling is directly connected with fast movement speed, low noise, high positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy. The servo motor is equipped with absolute value encoder, without accumulated error, remember, reference point, and the position information. The location information will not be lost after cutting off the power supply
⚫ Turret: The turret adoptsutandard horizontal hydraulic servo tool turret with high reliability and fast efficiency.
⚫ Chuck: The use of high-precision hydraulic chuck, workpiece clamping is more convenient, and more fast and the work efficiency is increased.
⚫Lubrication system: Two lubrication systems are adopted, which are grease lubrication and oil lubrication. The spindle bearing and the lead screw bearing are lubricated with grease, which is maintenance-free in daily use.The lead screw pair and the guide pair adopt the thin oil automatic centralized bone moistening system, which is sufficient and reliable for bone moistening.
⚫ Chip removal system: the machine tool is equipped with automatic chip removal device as standard, and the automatic chip removal machine of chain plate type can greatly reduce the labor of workers and increase work efficiency. Automatic chip removal generally needs to be equipped with a chip trolley. The base structure meets the side chip removal and rear shoulder mode, and the layout of the platform makes customers have a variety of choices for different land occupation requirements.
