H-R1 series heater is our first product of our company，which is specially designed for whirlpool bathtub，SPA and small pool，the material of the shell is stainless steel. There are big tube and small tube，the diameter of small tube is φ50.8×L255，while the diameter of big tube is φ57×L330.The diameter of heating tube for the small one is φ6.5×173，while the diameter of heating tube for the big one is φ8×250，which reduces the surface heat load and effectively improves the safety performance of heating tube.There are a variety of power grades and union sizes are available. And there is an indicator light at the heating tube, where can be clearly seen whether the heating tube is working during the heater operation. This heater can be installed at the outlet or inlet of the bathtub pump（remarks: If the heater is installed at inlet of the bathtub pump,the heater must be with flow switch.).Start the pump when the bathtub is filled with hot water，the heater can heat and keep the water within a certain temperature automatically，to make the water temperature in the bathtub is controlled at±2℃ of the set value to create a safer and more comfortable environment.To prevent the poor contact caused by the high current passing through the heater elements，all the components of 220-240V/3kW and 110-120V/1.5kW~3kW are connected with the transition line by screws. The lead-out control line is adopted to avoid the high current passing through the switch to improve the service life of the micro switch and ensure the safe，reliable and convenient use.
