PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
1.
It is a one-component, ready to use multi-purpose Polyurethane foam. It is fitted with a plastic adaptor head for use with a foam application gun or a straw.
2.
It is very good for filling and sealing with excellent mounting capacities, high thermal and acoustical insulation.
3.
It can provide excellent thermal and acoustical insulation after cured.
4.
It meets the requirements of ASTM 1620.
TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
1.
It is recommended for a wide range of applications: insulating, mounting, bonding, soundproofing and sealing installing.
2.
It is used for connecting of insulation materials and roof construction, Installing, fixing and insulating of door and window frames.
3.
It is suitable for fixing and insulating of door and window frames, filling and sealing of gaps, joint, openings and cavities.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
1.
Clean with a cleaning agent, to keep the substrate surfaces completely clean (JOIN LEADER also provide the cleaning agent for your convenience)
2.
Fill vertical gaps from the bottom up (pay attention to foam expansion)
3.
Turn off the flow adjustment screw clockwise direction when finishing.
4.
Before curing, foam can be moved and cleaned with PU cleaner either with the gun or with adapter. Cleaning of the screw adapter with cleaner is recommended.
RESTRICTIONS
To the surfaces that with direct touch of food.
Not for using in areas of constant water immersion.
Do not use for structural glazing.
Joints where abrasion and physical abuse are encountered.
Will not adhere to some plastics such as polyethylene, polypropylene and Teflon.
Contact with solvent based contact glue.
STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
12 months in unopened packages in a cool and dry storage place at temperatures between +5 oC and 27 oC, humidity between 30% and 70%.
Optimal storage is at the lower half of this temperature range and humidity range.
To prevent contamination of unused product, do not return any material to its original container.

Different packages are available.
