1. Characteristics
It is a metal cored flux cored wire, mixed gas or CO2 gas shielded, globular transfer, less spatter and excellent bead appearance. There are slight crack in the surfacing layers. High hardness and uniform stability as well, not easy to fall off.
2. Applications
It can replace high-chromium cast iron on the surfacing welding of workpieces with badly abrasion. Due to better wear resistance than high-chromium cast iron, it can be used for surfacing welding of easily wearing parts, such as the grinding roller of raw material mill and vertical water-slag mill and mining machinery etc.
