Galvanized steel U bolt is named for its U-shaped shape. It has threads at both ends and can be combined with nuts. It is mainly used to fix tubular objects such as water pipes or sheet-like springs of automobiles.The bolts are usually made of hot-dip galvanized steel.

Product Features & Advantages
Galvanized steel U bolt is generally used in trucks, which are used to stabilize the chassis and frame of automobiles. For example, leaf springs are connected by U-bolts. Main uses: Construction and installation, mechanical parts connection, vehicles and ships, bridges, tunnels, railways, etc. U bolt is used as the connecting accessories of suspension. It is fixed with the cross arm of tower by bolt connection method, which simplifies the structure of the cross arm. One end of the U-bolt is connected with the insulation wire in a circular way, thus forming a flexible turning point. It is easy to cause fatigue damage after long time operation. The U-bolt is only suitable for use on ground wire and small cross-section conductor.
