Fabric Feature: The technology of micro-nanofibers embedded spun is an industry-university-research cooperation project between our company and Donghua University. This technology subverts the existing functional textile preparation methods such as coating, fiber modification or fiber blending. Based on this new technology, we can find new ideas and solutions for the structural design and efficient preparation. It can realize the production of various functional nanofiber products, which can be widely used in high-end knitting, home textiles, clothing fabrics, and can also be used as functional protective products for medical use.
Take the series of pure cotton micro-nanofibers embedded spun products for example. Although the weight ratio of micro-nano fibers contained in the products is less than 1% in the total fabric (actual content is 0.06%), it has long-lasting effect of anti-bacterial which can reach 99% even after 50 times washing (here is the report tested by SGS).The whole process of pure cotton micro-nano embedded spun products can be processed by pure cotton products, and its dyeing and performance will not be affected, and maintains the texture of natural cotton fibers and has excellent and durable antibacterial properties.
