Cheetos corn sticks are a special type of puffed snack, incredibly crispy and delicious. They are made using a unique extrusion process. Corn grits are moistened with water in a flour mixer and then fed into a rotary extruder. Inside the extruder, the corn grits are squeezed and twisted by the friction between two rotating discs, curling into a round shape. A cutting blade then cuts them to the desired length.

Cheetos corn sticks can be deep-fried or baked in an oven, then cooled before seasoning. Seasonings are sprayed onto their surface for various flavors. Due to their delicious taste and rich nutritional value, they are very popular with consumers.
