This machine is specially designed for cutting silicon steel coils into silicon strips for transformer cores, welding machine cores, and reactor cores.
JN-3002S cutting machine is full servo motor driven, high speed feeding, punching and cutting, for max. silicon steel strip width 300mm.
Inverter controlled motorized belt can work with cutting. Only a certain preset pieces are finished and stacked, this belt will move.
Production flow: decoiling, servo feeding, servo punching, servo cutting, belt collecting.
Buildup of the machine:
- 1) Inverter-controlled mechanical expansion decoiler:
- - Motor power: 2.2kW
- - Max. coil weight: 1000kg
- - Max. coil width: 300mm
- - Coil inner diameter: 480-520mm
- - Coil outer diameter: 1200mm
2) High speed feeding machine
- - Servo motor driving: Delta servo motor, 2kW

- - Feeding roller material: special mould steel in high hardness
3) Punching device
