The actuator test bench can be divided into electric actuator test bench, pneumatic actuator test bench, hydraulic actuator test bench, and fork type pneumatic actuator test bench according to the type of power source.
The actuator test bench can be divided into angular stroke, multi turn, and linear stroke actuator test benches according to the type of motion.
Composition of actuator test bench equipment:
This testing system consists of a loading device, a torque and speed sensor, a testing bench, an actuator installation fixture, a detection cabinet, etc. It can arbitrarily change the load of the tested actuator and directly measure the output torque, speed, power, angle, pressure and other parameters under the durability state of the actuator load.

Function of actuator test bench software:
The actuator testing software is a data acquisition software based on PC (Windows 7 SP1) used to test the performance of actuators. The testing software, in conjunction with electrical parameter instruments, torque and speed acquisition instruments, programmable loading instruments, and other instruments, can perform manual loading, automatic loading, curve loading, fixed-point testing, durability testing, and other testing projects on the tested valve.
The data is automatically stored and dynamically generated into test curves, and multiple curves can be selectively displayed for data comparison. The measured data is saved in a. db database file format for easy user query.
The actuator testing software can export data as PDF, Word graphical reports, or Excel format data files according to settings and save them to a personal computer for easy querying.
The specific functions of the software are as follows:
5.1 Can display, save, and print:
Current, voltage, power factor, and electrical power input of the tested actuator
Output torque, speed, and power; Efficiency; Rotation angle
Generate a report on the relationship between various parameters and their curves, and save and print it
5.2 Can display: The actuator's built-in opening and torque sensors display (2 channels of 4-20mA), and calculate the actuator's dead zone.
5.3 Can send instructions to control the position of the actuator (corresponding to 4~20mA position);
5.4 Life test, contact output. Can send instructions to execute the start and stop of the loop action of the executor; The actions of the control actuator can be switched between the panel and the upper computer.
5.5 Loading method: manual and programmable loading pre acceptance (both provided free of charge by Party B)
Complete machine acceptance
The first party provides the tested actuator, which is installed on a complete testing platform for dynamic loading testing, observing whether the loading and display are normal, and whether there are any abnormal vibrations or noises.
