WELLYOUNG MGO FLOOR BOARD is an engineered “fit for purpose” fibre reinforced Magnesium Oxide flooring board substrate.It is lightweight and cheaper than cement board.The bending strength is better than cement board.
WELLYOUNG MGO FLOOR BOARD is mold, mildew, fire, and water resistant without the addition of chemicals. It is eco non toxic than the same thickness fiber cement board

- Paneling of exterior walls, under bay space and balconies – 10 mm
- Lining of interior walls – 6 mm
- Construction of self-supporting wall structures and partitions – 10 mm
- Floors – 16-20 mm
- Roofs and insulation under tiles or waterproof materials for flat roofs – 10-12 mm
- Formwork – more than 18 mm (after consulting the engineers/builders)
