Production process of fiberglass mesh
Introduce zirconium dioxide and titanium dioxide into the glass components, melt them at high
temperature, and make continuous fibers from platinum slabs, and apply them to meet the
affinity of glass fiber mesh cloth with polymers during post-processing.
In order to further improve the safe and stable durability of the glass fiber mesh cloth, it is then
knitted into a leno shape, and then coated with styree-butadiene rubber and pure acrylic
emulsion again. The temperature is constant and constant. , Can effectively resist the erosion of
glass fiber mesh cloth by polymer mortar.
In addition to the alkali-resistant coating of the glass fiber
mesh cloth, the main alkali-resistant route is to form a zirconium and titanium ion mixed film on
the surface of the fiber to prevent the erosion of alkaline substances. With time, the chemical
state of zirconium gradually stabilizes. Therefore we call it natural alkali-resistant glass fiber
mesh cloth.
