• 背景:

Background 

目前, 国内外生石灰煅烧设备主要有回转窑及竖窑两大类. Currently, there are two main types of Quicklime Calcination Equipments as follows: Rotary Kiln and Shaft Kiln. 

1. 回转窑可以煅烧较小颗粒原料, 物料可实现均匀煅烧, 但热效率低, 粉灰率高, 窑衬寿命低.

Rotary kiln can calcine smaller granular raw materials, and the materials can be evenly calcined, but the thermal efficiency is low, the fly ash rate is high, and the lining life is short.

1. 竖窑(套筒窑, 麦尔兹, 双梁窑等)热效率高, 煅烧产品质量好, 但结构复杂, 建设成本高.

Shaft Kiln (Sleeve Kiln, Meltz Kiln, Double Beam Kiln etc.) have high thermal efficiency, good calcination quality, but the structure is too complicated and the construction cost is very high.

鉴于上述现状, 我们经过多年研究, 探讨, 成功研制出“智能化凤祥生石灰煅烧系统”.

In view of the above situation, after years of research and discussion, we have successfully developed the "Fengxiang Intelligent Quicklime Calcination System".

• 技术优势:

Features:

1. 原料适应性强, 块度范围0.5cm—10cm.

There is a widely adaptability for materials, the size range is 0.5cm-10cm.

1. 热源适应性强(各类等级的煤, 电, 气等均可使用).

The heat source has strong adaptability (all the grades of coal, electricity and gas can be used).

1. 建设成本低, 6000万元/日1000吨(只有回转窑及竖窑50%的建设成本).

The construction cost is low, which is 60 million Yuan for the capacity 1000 tons/day (the cost is only 50% of the Rotary Kiln or Shaft Kiln).

1. 热效率高, 粉灰率极低小于5%.

The thermal efficiency is high, and the fly ash rate is very low, ＜5%.

1. 窑体寿命长(大修周期5年以上).

The kiln body has a long service life (overhaul period is more than 5 years).

1. 智能化控制, 生过烧可控在5%以下.

Intelligent controlling, over-burning can be controlled below 5%.

• 技术指标:

Technology standard

1. 在生石灰原料符合冶金用煅烧生石灰标准的情况下, 活性度大于350ml/4H-Hu.

The activity of quicklime is more than 350ml/4H-Hu when the raw materials meet the metallurgical calcined lime standard.

1. 粉灰率小于5%.

The fly ash rate is less than 5%.

1. 热效率高, 以6000大卡煤为例, 生产每吨生石灰耗煤低于140KG.

Thermal efficiency is high. Take the coal of 6000 kilocalorie as an example, the coal consumption is less than 140 KG to produce 1 Ton  quicklime.

The equipment Investment is 60 million Yuan.

1. 日产活性生石灰800吨—1000吨.

The daily output of the active quicklime is 800-1000 Tons.

1. 每吨生石灰成本280元—300元.
