Description

FanChu Paraffin-Based Emulsified Oil Compound specially developed for metal processing. The agent is carefully prepared by using a lubricating additive, a rust preventive agent, a non-ferrous metal corrosion inhibitor, etc., and a simple cost-effective synthetic grinding and cutting fluid can be prepared by simply adding water. The finished product has good cooling effect, good defoaming, excellent lubrication and rust resistance, and does not contain harmful substances such as heavy metals, sodium nitrite and phenols.

Can be used for the processing of cast iron, alloy steel, carbon steel, aluminum, aluminum alloy and other materials.

Application

It can be used for the processing of cast iron, alloy steel, carbon steel, zinc alloy, aluminium, aluminium alloy and other materials.

Usage method

1. Blending: Water is added to the compounding agent at a normal temperature in proportion, and the synthetic concentrated liquid is obtained after the mixture is clear and transparent.
2. Recommended ratio: 45-55%.
