Features:
1. The explosive proof duct is made of anti-static laminated PVC, a special coating fabric, the best fire-resistant and conductive fabric, and it’s permanent anti-static. The surface resistant is 2x105Ω.
2. Spiral steel wire wrapped by the rubber wear strip.
3. One end with metal ring, one end with bugle sleeve and rope for easy connection.
4. Temperature range: -20℃ - +80℃.
5. The horizontal body heat welding, seamless. So it’s airtight, corrosion-proof, wear-resistant and can endure high compressive strength.
6. The conductor wire on both ends connect the duct to the ground and passed out the electricity, in order to keep the operating occasion safe.
Application:
-Matching with the explosive proof ventilator, the explosive proof flexible ducts are widely used for ventilating in the inflammable and explosive spaces such as: petrol-chemical industry, medicament, oil carrier and oil depot. In order to exhaust the chemical odour.
-With the strong points of enduring high temperature, acid, alkali, oleic acid, and it's harmful liquid state gas ect. Widely used in these working environment such as tunnel, mine, basement, ship building or electric soldering and waste gas exhaust out ,keep more savety and effectively during working.
The entire duct is conductive, surface resistant is 2×105Ω.
