2. Stator patent technology
The end of the l stator coil is uniformly semi-folded along the wire root by h-class insulation film and insulation tape to the end of the coil with different phases extending out of the notch, so as to improve the insulation strength and mechanical strength of the end.
L the end of the stator and each coil are processed, and the end of the lead wire of each coil is reshaped.
Besides, insulation end hoops are added to the stator end of each engge generator, and the coils of each tie through special shaping process are effectively fixed on the insulation end hoops, so that the end coils form a whole with excellent strength.

3. Engler rotor patent technology
