Electric gate-type butterfly valve
The electric compression rubber butterfly valve is designed innovatively and rationally, with a simple structure, small size and light weight. It can rotate 90 degrees for opening and closing quickly, with low operating torque, convenient operation and effortless operation. It can be installed at any position, is easy to maintain, and the sealing components can be replaced. The sealing performance is reliable, achieving zero leakage in both directions. The sealing material is resistant to aging, corrosion and has a long service life.
When the rubber flanged butterfly valve is in the fully open position, the thickness of the butterfly plate is the only resistance for the medium to flow through the valve body. Therefore, the pressure drop generated by this valve is very small, and it has good flow control characteristics. The butterfly valve is not only widely used in general industries such as petroleum, gas, chemical engineering, and water treatment, but also applied in the cooling water system of thermal power stations.
