Electric flanged centerline butterfly valve
Product structure features:
1. Upper flange: Standardized drive device flange, in accordance with ISO521
2. Valve body: Made of ductile iron and other applicable materials
3. Valve Plate: The streamlined valve plate effectively reduces pressure loss and flow loss. The edges of the valve plate are processed with spherical surfaces and polished by hand. The specific operating torque is small, the service life of the valve seat is long, and the sealing performance is good. It has the characteristics of being able to be selected with various materials according to the medium, and is linked with the internal part of the shaft for transmission, with better anti-corrosion performance.
4. Rubber valve seat: Boot-type valve seat and integral valve seat can completely isolate the valve body from the medium. Compared with other structural valves, the valve seat is installed more firmly, with extremely low torque value. No additional flange gaskets are required at both ends during installation. It can be used with various materials and is suitable for the end of pipelines (ear-type).
5. Valve Rod: The middle-line double-hub valve rod design features flat, square, and hexagonal valve plate transmission. It offers bidirectional sealing with no leakage and allows for installation without any flow direction restrictions.
7. "O" Ring: NBR neoprene rubber, effectively dust-proof and leak-proof.
8. 'U' shaped lock piece, elastic retaining ring, effectively preventing the rotating shaft from being blown out.
