Core performance parameters
Material properties: The main component is rigid polyvinyl chloride (UPVC), with the addition of stabilizers, antioxidants and other additives. It features corrosion resistance, no rusting and light weight (density approximately 1.38g/cm³).
Temperature range: The applicable medium temperature is usually -10 ℃ to 60℃. When it exceeds 80℃, it is prone to softening and deformation and cannot be used in hot water pipeline systems.
Pressure rating: It is classified into different pressure ratings based on wall thickness. Common ones include PN1.0MPa and PN1.6MPa. It should be used in conjunction with UPVC pipes of the same grade to prevent rupture caused by overpressure.
Connection method: Socket bonding is mainly used. The socket of the elbow is connected to the pipe socket through special UPVC glue. For some large-diameter products, flange connection can be adopted.
