2. Product Introduction

Insulation integrated cladding system is a new building material for exterior curtain wall, it is constituted by insulation core with Fireproof Grade A,higher strengthen glue, aluminum sheet or steel sheet with marble/wooden surface and heat-reflective/anti-temperature effective or nature stone thinner panel or ceramic panel. The panel is not only with good fireproof properties、anti chemical corrosive abilities, and afford wind pressure, earthquake and so on, but also it can afford a super stress change because of temperature and humidity. At the same time, there are many better features, like light weight high strength, energy save and environmental, colorful surface, high anti-weather properties, self-cleaner, easy to install and so on. 

It is not only used for exterior wall insulation and decoration for new building, and also for old building energy conservation reconstruction, additionally, Interior decoration is also ok. It can not be acted by region difference.

Production process:

Color coating metal coil→ blanking and cutting → metal sheet forming → core material selection and cutting → adhesive deployment → bonding and sizing → hydraulic press pressing → pressure relief and dust removal → packaging → transportation

When the panel  is used as the external wall, it would be installed by bonding as the main method and anchoring as the assistant method. 

For installation, the node diagram is as follows:

①--wall; ②--cement mortar leveling layer; ③--bonding mortar; ④--silicone building sealant

⑤--backing material; ⑥--one component polyurethane foam sealant; ⑦--mechanical fixed parts; ⑧--thermal insulation decorative board.
