DL & DLT MODEL MAIN TECHNICAL FEATURES

• Anti-twist system installed in the fabric transport channel, solves any tendency of the fabric to twist, keeping the rope inside the fabric transport tube relaxed.
• Fabric slowing down and folding system located in the terminal phase of the fabric transport channel ensures a perfect arrangement of the fabric in the basket without tangle or unwanted packing.
• The wide curve at the exit of the fabric from the nozzle ensures that the fabric is transported without dangerous path changes.
• Thanks to the washing/anti-condensation thermal levelling system, the temperature of the machine body is maintained at the same temperature as the bath even in areas not submerged by the bath itself, eliminating condensation and dirt accumulation.

DL TS MODEL MAIN TECHNICAL FEATURES

DL TSI MODEL MAIN TECHNICAL FEATURES

• The particular shape of the containment body of the machine allows for a lower amount of bath in the rear and concentration of the bath in the middle and front to promote better fabric deposit, reducing the bath ratio.
• The position of the overflow nozzle and the particular shape of the fabric transport channel ensure that they are completely contained in the machine body, thus allowing the main reel to be very low respect to the fabric basket pick-up point.
• The main reel is kept very low respect to the front point of collection of the fabric, this allows less tension to the fabric, avoiding problems of rubbing, twisting and therefore sticking.

DRF MODEL MAIN TECHNICAL FEATURES

• Ultra-low tension, jet-flow nozzles are suitable for sensitive fabrics that are easy to abrasions, snags, and wrinkles, such as elastic fabrics，delicate surfaces, and microfibers. The design without lifter reel perfectly eliminates the issues of traditional lifter reel causing abrasions and snags on sensitive fabrics, achieving a prefect fabric surface.
• Inhalation nozzle system with soft flow nozzles designed for fabrics containing elastic fibers and ultra-thin, delicate surfaces. It is prefect for dyeing new synthetic fibers, high-density fine denier fabrics, microfiber, polyester-spandex, nylon-spandex, memory fabrics, etc.
