WORKING PRINCIPLE
The spiral sand washer takes advantage of different sedimentation speed of particles with varying size and density in fluids: The fine particles with lower density settle slowly, while those with bigger particle size and higher density settle fast so that dust and impurities will be separated from sand. By uniform mixing with the spiral plate, the particles are filtered for impurity removal, washing, sorting and transport.
