CVA/CVFA/CVLA series are multifunctional products which can convey various media from tap water to industrial liquids. It’s suitable for different temperature, flow and pressure range. The pump consists of a pump base and a pump head. The runner chamber assembly and the outer sleeve are between the base and the pump head and are secured by stud bolt. The inlet and outlet of the pump are on the base and on the same axis (pipe type) for easy installation. The pump adopts high quality superior alloy assembly mechanical seal (easy to disassemble and install), which can run continuously for a long time without leakage. Using advanced hydraulic model design, so it’s stable and high efficiency while working. CVFA pump body is made of casting stainless SUS304 material and the pump cover is made of stamping and stretching SUS304 material. CVLA pump body and pump cover are made of stamping and stretching SUS304 material. CVA pump body is made of casting iron material and the pump cover is made of stamping and stretching SUS304 material. The water flow parts are made of stamping and stretching SUS304 material. Using advanced welding equipment processing, and annealing furnace for heat treatment to eliminating the stress of steel plate after stretching and stamping, so that the product have high strength, no deformation, long life, safety, reliability, and drinking water sanitation approval.
