What is digital printed glass? 

Digital printing glass supersedes the traditional restrictions of decoration architectural glass printing and glass decoration methods, it offers a fast, efficient means of applying graphic designs etc directly onto glass surface. With digital ceramic in-glass printing, you can cost-effectively create designs that reflect your artistic vision without sacrificing material durability, quality and functionality.

Digital print glass is made by heating ceramic paints into the surface of glass during the tempering process.

It makes glass weather- proof and break resistant. Thanks to the unlimited  varieties of  multicolor print graphics and photographs,digital print glass facilitates photorealistic unique designs on glass for both interior and exterior applications.Large format photographs covering glazed surface and consisting from adjacent glass panels can be  obtained as well.  

Then the image isloaded into the large digital printer where it is printed on to the glass using various colors of ceramic ink. The ceramic ink is of the best quality, making it weatherproof, as well as scratch and UV resistant.

SAFETY DELIVERY

Glass usually be packed by standard wooden crates and end-cap wooden cases outside, moisture-proof paper interleaved between every two pieces of glass inside. Wooden crates with fumigation are available as per customers' requirement. Rider Glass have a well trained packing team which is experienced in loading and reinforcing the glass properly in the container. The packing can prevent possible breakage on the road of long distance or ocean transportation.

1. Wooden crates. Fastness, burliness, easy and security to put and fetch pieces, every box is loaded around 2.5 tons. It is applicable in the area of loading and discharge equipment imperfect, manpower charges lower. 

2. End Cap wooden cases. Beautiful appearance, opening convenience, saving timber, every box is loaded with around 2 tons. It is applicable the area in mechanization degree high, man power cost higher.

3. Moisture-proof paper and plastic film. There are preventing mildew paper between every two pieces of glass mirror, every box inner side is closed completely with plastic film, it can prevent water and mildew4. Metal band. The wooden boxes were fastened by high quality metal band outside; it is safe in loading and discharge, applicable train, container and cargo vessel.
