Bent tempered glass means that the original piece of glass is heated by the toughening furnace and transported to the forming toughened section through ceramic roller or asbestos roller (generally adjustable single-curved arc, with most of the lifting type at both ends). First, the upper and lower forming roller channels are bent to make the softened glass into a radian, and then the air grid between the rollers is cooled and tempered.
Performance:
1. High intensity
Bent tempered glass is produced in the same way that tempered glass is produced, by heating the glass and rapidly cooling the glass to create compressive stress to strengthen the glass. Therefore, the bent tempered glass has the same strength design value as the tempered glass, and its special shape makes it have better wind resistance than the tempered glass.

Broken in the same way as tempered glass, the obtuse Angle of fine particles to the human body is not very harmful.

It has good thermal shock performance and can be kept intact in the range of 220℃ ~ 250℃ temperature difference mutation
