> DATAKOM D300 controller as standard, Deep sea and ComAp, Smartgen brands controller are available

>Optional open type or silent type

>Standard generator set with 8hours, skid type baseframe with integral fuel tank.

>50ºC with copper wire radiator

>12V/24V DC battery charger, Battery, battery tray and cable.

>Rubber absorber for engine, radiator,alternator and control panel.

>Fan protection wire basket will be larger, thick and strong.

>DELIXI circuit breaker.

>All generator sets are gone through rigorous testing before being released to the market place, including 50% load, 75% load, 100% load, 110% load and all protection function (overspeed stop, high water temperature, low oil pressure, battery charging fail, emergency stop)


WE ARE CARE FOR EACH GENSET PRODUCTION 

> The enclosure of generator coated by high quality polyester powder with 200 micron thickness( thicker than others with 100micron), which keeps the generator neither fading nor change for more than 10years, anti-corrision as well.

> Cold-rolled material rion sheet for canopy , which is better than hot-rolled one in harness, thoughness and extensibility.

> The iron plate, 2mm thickness for doors and other parts,and 4-6mm(depand on the power) thickness on the fuel tank, its better than others' 1.5mm.

> The radiator, 50degrees with copper material, big and strong one for the genset cooling and anti-vibration.

> The battery, SAIL brand battery, which is one of top brands in China with high quality and long lifetime.

> 4 pole circuit breaker insteads of 3pole to be electric leakage prtection.

> The soundproof sponge is covered by jean coloth, 40mm thickness sponge.

>LED lights installed inside of genset for checking the genset conveniently.

>High pressure fuel pipe for fuel inlet, good in seal, longer lifetime

>The switch for the fuel pipe with high quality one.

>Industrial silencer with big and strong one covered by portective material.

>Perfect outlet sheath seamless connection and wire harness protective cover.
