The stacking crane is a specialized device used in the carbon block warehouse workshop of the carbon industry. This equipment mainly consists of a bridge frame, trolley running mechanism, hoisting mechanism, guidance device, special combination clamps, control system, electric hoist, and other components. Its primary function is to handle the carbon blocks by clamping them through the control system for stacking, loading, and minor lifting operations within the workshop. The clamping direction of the carbon blocks can be either transverse or longitudinal, and the clamp structure is available in two forms: pneumatic and self-weight types.
Our company has successfully manufactured the first Chinese trolley-style stacking crane with a novel design that allows for transverse movement and clamping of carbon blocks. It has independent intellectual property rights and has reached an internationally advanced level. This innovation meets the production requirements of users and has received consistent praise from a wide range of customers.
