Product Applications
It is used for transmission and distribution in transmission and distribution systems of 37kV and below. It is widely used in electric power, construction, mining, metallurgy, petrochemical, communications and other fields, completely replacing oil-impregnated paper insulated power cables and partially replacing PVC insulated power cables. When laying indoors, it can withstand external mechanical forces in tunnels or cable trenches with large level differences.
Product Standards
The products mainly comply with IEC 60502 standard, and can also be produced according to OEM requirements and other standards, such as BS standard, DIN standard, ASTM standard, etc.
The voltage level can reach 35kv, and the cross-sectional area can reach 400 square millimeters (copper or aluminum conductor). The long-term working temperature of the conductor is 90℃. The maximum temperature of the conductor during short circuit does not exceed 250℃
Use function:
1. Rated voltage: Uo/U: 26/35kV, 21/35kV, 12/20kV (24kV), 8.7/10kV, 8.7/15kV, 6/6kV, 6/10kV.
2. Number of cores: single core, three cores.
3. The maximum allowable working temperature of the conductor for long-term work is 90℃. Short circuit (Max. Long-term not more than 5 seconds). The maximum temperature of the conductor does not exceed 250 ℃.
4. The DC resistance of the conductor meets the requirements of GB/T3956-1997.
5. The ambient temperature should not be lower than 0 ℃ when laying. Otherwise it should be preheated.
6. There is no horizontal drop limit for cable laying, and the bending radius of the three-core cable should not be less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable.
7. Power frequency voltage test:
For cables with Uo of 3.6kV or lower: 2.5Uo+2kV/5min without breakdown.
For cables with Uo of 3.6Kv~18kV: 3.5Uo/5min without breakdown.
For cables with Uo of 21kV and 26kV: 2.5Uo/30min without breakdown.
8. Partial discharge test: The discharge of the cable does not exceed 10pC under 1.73Uo.
