PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
1.
It's a one-part neutral curing sealant which is cured at room temperature, and used as a high-quality silicone sealant for construction.
2.
It shows excellent adhesion to many architecture materials such as glass, coated glass, anodized aluminum, granite and coated metal without primer.
3.
It is a high ultimate tensile strength sealant, ideal for structural bonding and protective glass applications.
4.
It meets the requiements of GB16776, ASTM C1184 and ETAG 002.
TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
1.
Suitable for structural glazing and sealing for glass, stone, aluminum panel curtain wall, and secondary seal of insulating glass, filling and sealing for complex edge.

It is suitable as a secondary edge sealant for the manufacture of multipane insulating glass used in structural glazing fa & ccedil; ades

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
1.
Surface must be clean and free from grease and old glue. Mask smooth surface to simplify clean up.
2.
Use the sealant after cleaning agent dries, around 1~2mins later. You can use two different cloth, one for cleaning agent, and the other for sealant. (Notice that the two can’t be mixed use together, and the second cloth will be better purified cotton and no picking).
3.
For better appearance, cover outside of joint areas with masking taps before application.
4.
Cut nozzle to desired size and extrude sealant to joint areas. Tool immediately after sealant application, make it smooth and remove masking tape before sealant skins.
RESTRICTIONS
To the substrate that the surface temperature exceeds +50℃ or apply at temperatures below 5℃.
To the surfaces that with direct touch of food.
Do use for structural glazing.
To all surfaces that bleed oil, plasticizers or solvents such as wood immersed in oil, oil crack filler, and some uncured or sulfur zed fat and to surface Where is wet.
STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
12 months in unopened packages in a cool and dry storage place at temperatures between +5 oC and 27 oC, humidity between 30% and 70%.
Optimal storage is at the lower half of this temperature range and humidity range.
To prevent contamination of unused product, do not return any material to its original container.
