1.Compact laminate is a kind of wear-resistant decorative board, that is, decorative paper containing immersion resin, plus multiple layers of black or brown kraft paper containing immersion phenolic or urea formaldehyde resin, laminated, and then pressed with steel plates at high temperature (150 degrees Celsius) and high pressure (1430 psi). The thickness can be adjusted according to the needs of kraft paper sheets, from 0.6mm to 25mm can be produced.
2.Compact laminate uses the special plate on its surface color paper layer, can meet a variety of design and color selection, the adornment of the one-sided or two-sided demand, so as the decoration material, and because the thickness more thick than traditional fire prevention board, with strong resistance, impact resistance, waterproof, damp characteristics, but also for structural materials, and can directly use standard carbon steel alloy cutting tools for drilling, tapping, sanding, guide, cutting, etc., can also use CNC machine cut into any shape according to the actual demand, and lead Angle, drilling, it is both practical and decorative board.
