Description
This product is a one-component cold galvanized coating,using imported high purity zinc powder,special resin,additives and solvents,applied on the surface of the steel or galvanized anti-corrosion treatment.Paint film is strong,good adhesion,outdoor exposure film color over time become close with galvanized sheet color.
Features
1.Dry film zinc content reaches 96%,the use of electrochemical corrosion of zinc powder plays a role of cathodic protection for steel for corrosion protection;
2.One-component Grosvenor LTD zinc coating,simple operation,no mixing process,not limited by time;
3.Excellent rust resistance,strong corrosion resistance function,room temperature as long as the spray,can get similar to hot dip galvanized processing antirust effect;
4.Coating over time will be tough,adhesion is strong.
Method
1.To remove surface dust,grease,rust,and old coating, ensure direct contact with steel or galvanized coating.
2.Up and down shaking jar,heard the glass bead noise to shake after more than 30 times,to ensure the paint fully shake;3.In order to ensure the coating thickness of 40
microns,coating surface spraying distance 30 cm, spraying speed of 10 cm/s.4.To prevent hush,inverted jar under pressure after spraying nozzle about 3 seconds,remove the nozzle more than expected,in case of hush.
Attention
1.Use in a well-ventilated place;2.Pay attention to when using completes the protective measures,wear protective goggles and respirators,protective gloves,etc.
3.Away from heat,sparks,open flames,hot surfaces;
4.Don't eat drink,smoking in the workplaces.
