The high-performance CNC lathe and turning-milling composite design fundamentally realizes the convenience of installation and setting, extremely strong rigidity and excellent stability. The largest disk parts can reach 500mm, equipped with a 15-22KW spindle motor, the rotation speed can reach 3500RPM, the dual spindles can realize automatic docking, one clamping, and two processes can be completed at one time. The docking accuracy of the main and auxiliary spindles is high, within 0.008. The turret adopts Y-axis hardness power turret, which can realize turning and milling at the same time.
