The CNC Round Pipe Plasma Cutting Machine is a special CNC equipment that is used for cutting metal pipe automatically. CNC plasma tube cutting machine can realize auto program and auto CNC nesting work for any complicated joint type of intertube, pipe, etc., and can cut any type of welding bevel at one time.
This machine is designed with a horizontal structure and includes several key components. The base consists of a square tube welding chassis, while the pipe rotating mechanism features a three-jaw chuck and a Y-axis rotating power device for smooth rotation. It also includes four scissor-shaped brackets for steel pipe support, ensuring stability during operation.
In addition, the torch moving mechanism allows for precise positioning, and the torch lifting mechanism enables necessary adjustments. The torch deflection mechanism, made from aeronautical aluminum through CNC machining, guarantees accuracy and durability. The walking track, equipped with high-precision 24KG guide rails, serves as the transmission component for the trolley, ensuring smooth movement. The electrical control system integrates all components for efficient operation.
