●Twin Screw Extruder applications:

DG Series Twin screw extruder applies to: pet dry food pellet, fish feed pellet, soy protein textured products, modify starch, extrusion snacks and other food products.

●Our Twin Screw Extruder Performance and Advantages:

(1)Main Motor, feeder motor, pre-conditioner motor is use frequency inverter; guarantee the feeding uniform, let the machine more powerful and operation smoothly.

(2)Main gear box is equipped with forced cooling gear pump and automatic lubrication system, double screw extrusion pumping institutions and biaxial extended differential modulator (wet host equipped), make sufficient material aging degree and the material of the gelatinization degree of more than 98%. As for high grade extruder we can offer 3years guarantees.

(3)Widely applicable raw materials sort feed formula containing fat by more than 12%. Increase after the double helix steam conditioning, fresh content as high as 35% to satisfy the customer higher content of fresh meat products manufacturing.

(4)The screw has excellent self-cleaning ability. Or the replacement of materials don't need to clean up the machine when the species the reboot boring and screw. Host adopts frequency control of motor speed control to adapt to the different varieties of raw materials, the material cutting knife, frequency control of motor speed control to adjust the length, thickness and shape.

(5)Screw use special high quality alloy steel, wear-resistant set for double metal alloy material (options), cavity by the train track with the use kind of steel with high hardness, more resistant to wear and tear, longer life and bigger pressure bear.
