Such kind of big center hole is only suitable for round shape glass lids. The size of the center hole depends on customer’s special requirement. And bigger hole size, higher waste rate of semi-finished goods and tempered, while output rate is lower. Then production cost will increase, and price will be comparatively higher.
We need to use a cutter to drill the hole, different sizes of central hole require different cutter. Therefore, if we don’t have existing cutters same as your sizes, we need to open the new mould for cutter, it will take about 3 days more to make the sample, meanwhile, extra mould charge will be caused.
