C-801 Nanometer functional additive for UPVC product
C-801 is a specially engineered, high specific surface area,calcium based synthetic mineral product designed to provide a unique balance of excellent impact toughness and high flexural modulus (stiffness) for UPVC. C-801 additive provides a simple,cost effective method for great improving the impact resistance of UPVC while maintaining stiffness and hardness.
C801 can be used PVC threading, PVC water supply pipe, PVC drainage, PVC corrugated pipe, PVC drainage pipe, PVC water supply pipe fitting.
Key Benefits:
1. Completely replace rubber tougheners and polymer processing aids.
2. Great improve impact strength.
3. Significantly increase the ring stiffness of pipe products.
4. Improve melt flow, reduce processing temperature and lubricant usage.
