Brazing alloy wire is one of the most commonly used brazing alloy material forms. It is mostly provided in a roll. Brazing alloy wire is normally operated with manual process. A fine automatic wire feeding machine is needed to operate automatically.
At present, there are three main kinds of brazing alloy wire: silver brazing alloy wire, aluminum brazing alloy wire, copper brazing alloy wire, nickel brazing alloy wire.
The main production process of brazing alloy wire are smelting, casting, extrusion, drawing, return, peeling, reeling and so on.
