Product Introduction
Leap box type feeder is a special dosing device developed for Leap slow-release tablets. The dosing device can realize flexible adjustment of tablet release speed, online dosing, automatic replenishment of tablets, and maximize the service visit cycle. It can receive a better effect using the dosing device in a large-scale cooling water system (300-500RT).The supporting “Leap cloud control” IOT remote control module can be loaded to realize fully automatic remote operation and management of water chemical treatment with Leap tablets.

Method of installation and use
Choose an appropriate position on the wall, or upper cover of the pool, wall of the cooling tower, supply pipeline, etc. to hang or fix the dosing device, take a DN15 pipeline from the system and connect it to the inlet end of the dosing device and connect the outlet of the dosing device to the cooling water pool or water collection pan, open the inlet valve of the dosing device and put it into use.
Add a certain amount of tablets in the dosing barrel, adjust the number of tablets immersed in the water by adjusting the height of overflow port of the dosing device. The upper tablets will be immersed in the water automatically after the dissolution of tablets in the water, which can realize the continuous, stable and reliable dosage of tablets throughout the entire service visit cycle. When the cooling water stops running, the dosing device will be emptied to stop “dosing” for preventing the waste and overdosing of tablets.
