Product Parameters: This equipment is an exclusive patented product of Guangdong LanShi, mainly for online monitoring of unburnt trace ammonia emission from famous zero-carbon industrial kilns. Based on laser spectroscopy measurement principle, it can accurately measure the concentration of ammonia in high temperature and high humidity environment, with a measurement range of 0.2-2000 ppm, a measurement accuracy of 2%, and a response time of 2-4 s. The product has been successfully applied in the world's first demonstration project of advanced ammonia-hydrogen zero-carbon combustion technology in mass production line of fine ceramics.
Application Scenario: The product has been successfully applied in the world's first demonstration project of advanced ammonia-hydrogen-zero-carbon combustion technology for ceramic plate (brick) mass production line, and in the future, we will expand to metallurgy, aluminium profiles and industrial boilers on the basis of fine ceramic field to provide customers with ammonia source solution, ammonia monitoring, modification of the production line and operation of an integrated solution.
