*What do OEM and ODM mean?
-OEM is short for the original equipment manufacturer, OEM means we can help you manufactured headwear products under your own name and branding.
-Original design manufacture (ODM) is a company that designs and manufactures a product, as specified, that is eventually rebranded by another firm for sale. In this case, you can select our existing models and put your own labels on them.
*How headwear customisation works?
If you want some caps/hats specifically made for you, you can send your design drafts to the tech sheets to us. You can select your own fabric, colours, prints... We will assist you with manufacturing the exact style that fits your like.
*Do you have your own factory?
Yes, KINGCOLOR ran our own caps factory and embroidery factory in Northern Jiangsu. We also have several cooperated caps/hats/scarves/gloves factories that are very committed to us.

*What’s your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
Normal MOQ for our caps and hats is 1200pcs. However, we have no problem working with a smaller quantity, in this case, mini order fee might apply.
*What’s the price of a specific cap/hat?

What’s your price term?

*Can you make a sample? What’s the sample fee and lead sample time?
We always make samples before we process into final production. Most of our initial caps samples can be done for free, sometimes depends on the complicity of the styles we might charge sample fee. Normally it took 7-14 days to finish cap/hat samples.
