Punch breaker
It is used for punching off the mounting handle of the steel wire threaded sleeve with breaking groove. During the installation of the steel wire insert, if the bottom hole is a through hole, the installation handle of the steel wire insert needs to be punched off. Generally, the installation handle is aligned with the punch, and can be removed with a 200g hammer. For coarse thread insert above ST18X2.5 and fine thread insert above ST14X1.25, it is recommended to use pointed nose pliers to bend the installation handle up and down to remove.

Generally, there are two types of punch breakers: ordinary punch and automatic punch.

How to use the breaker
1. When punching the installation handle with an ordinary punch, insert the punch end of the punch into the threaded hole that has been installed into the steel wire threaded sleeve, push the punch end of the punch against the installation handle of the steel wire threaded sleeve, and knock the other end of the punch properly with a hammer to make the installation handle fall off completely.
2. When punching the installation handle with the automatic breaker, insert the punch end of the automatic breaker into the threaded hole that has been installed into the steel wire thread sleeve, press and hold the handle of the automatic breaker with your hand to apply axial force. When you hear the "click" sound, it indicates that the installation handle has been broken.
