Product Introduction
The ASA synthetic resin roof tile is made of modified ASA resin as surface material and modified polyvinyl chloride as base material via extrusion technology. The successful development of this product provides a more convenient and efficient substitute for high grade roof materials. Its antique three-dimensional structure adds a new element to modern antique, western and European style building. This product has widely used in roof decoration of various kinds of permanent buildings, especially suitable for flat-to-sloping roof conversion projects and high-grade workshops.

Main Points of Installation
1. Choosing square tube(60mm x 40mm x 3mm) or C shape steel(100mm x 50mm x 20mm x 3mm) or rot-proof wood(60mm x 40mm) to be purline.2. Arraying the purlines upwards with the gap of 660mm.3. Installing the main ridge tile backwards to the wind direction. Connecting up the roof tile wave from both sides at the same time.4. Cut off part of the first ridge tile before installing the main ridge tile.5. Sawing the connection area of the main ridge tile and oblique ridge tile neatly. Installing the main ridge and oblique ridge tile before installing the three-way ridge tile.6. Fastener is special accessory. Drilling a hole whose diameter is 2mm larger than the screw pole by electric drill before installing. Self-tapping screws with 6mm diameter is recommended.Projects
