Combustion such as gasoline, diesel, engine oil inside engine compartment help fires extend rapidly. The whole engine can be fully ignited within one minute.
The traditional way of extinguishing requires opening of compartment door， which will deteriorate the disaster. 3.Leaking fuel on exceedingly hot components like exhaust pipe will causes re-ignition. The conclusion is that the key of fire suppression on engine compartment is to reduce temperature in seconds.
Our system
1.Efficient Suppression: Through the patent valve and nozzle, water based agent transform to water mist and whole flood the enclosure. Water mist can isolate combustion from oxygen and block heat radiation.
2.Fast Cooling: Each drop of water mist extends the surface area to 1,000 times or above, which can enhance the ability of heat absorption. The temperature inside enclosure can be reduced from 500℃ to 200℃ within 60 seconds.
3.Component Protection: With function of isolation and reasonable injection pressure, the release of suppression agent will not damage delicate components like circuits, tubes and pipelines.
