1) Fence structure:10 years warranty.
Orient Aluminum warrants that the aluminum fence structure will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal residential conditions.
2) Powder Coated Colors:5 years warranty. Orient Aluminum warrants that powder coated film on the products will not chip, peel, crack or flake.The color might fade slightly. The color fade and coating chalk depends on salinity, humidity and UV radiation intensity.In our local projects, the common powder last 10 years, or even 15 years with slight fade and no chalk.

9. Q: What if the product is defective after it arrives?
A: If defects occur within the quality warranty period from the date of delivery, Orient Aluminum will replace the defective ones or provide compensation.
