Banner：Made from 25um(0.98Mil) of high strength aluminum foil coated with a high bonding, high tack acrylic adhesive, the aluminum foil is a good match for glass wool panel ducts and galvanized iron duct systems, providing excellent vapor tightness. The soft metal foil is also well suited for rounded corners and irregular surfaces.

Aluminum foil tape 25um(0.98Mil) for joining and sealing joints, connections and seams on rigid fiberglass ductboard and flexible air duct, can also be used in place of mechanical fasteners on rigid ductboard. Full system closure by forming airtight bonds on joints and seams in temperatures ranging from -20 F to 260 F and in humid conditions.
It can also be used for sealing the joints of various metal materials, sealing the punctures of insulation nails and mending the leakage of broken places. It is an indispensable material for the production of refrigerators and freezers, and an important raw material for insulating refrigeration equipments and heating ducts.
Tape Applications
· Sealing seams and joints: 25um aluminum foil tape can be used to seal seams and joints in boats, ships, and other marine vessels.
· Insulating electrical components: 25um aluminum foil tape can be used to insulate electrical components from water, salt, and other harsh conditions.
· Protecting surfaces from corrosion:25um aluminum foil tape can be used to protect surfaces from corrosion.
