NANHAI Marine Airbags are designed with safety factors based on the recognized ISO 14409 standard. However, their comprehensive performance far exceeds the requirements of this standard, a fact demonstrated through extensive testing and long-term operational experience, proving their high safety and reliability.

To adapt to the harsh climate of Antarctica, South Sea's R&D team upgraded the airbag materials and manufacturing processes. While retaining the original physical properties, the team optimized the airbags for low-temperature applications by introducing synthetic rubber with superior cold resistance and frost-resistant additives. The formulation components and structure were also adjusted, enhancing the product's low-temperature performance. As a result, the operational temperature range has been expanded from -35°C to -50°C, meeting client needs for extreme low-temperature environments.

In collaboration with a Brazilian research station, South Sea successfully completed the construction of the station using these airbags. To date, South Sea products have established a sales network covering all seven continents globally.
