MFDC Welding Machine Introduction:
MFDC welding machine is a machine makes three-phase alternating current convert into pulsating direct current through rectification, and then the inverter circuit composed of power switching devices is converted into if square wave access transformer. After voltage reduction, the rectifier is converted into a smaller pulsating direct current supply electrode to weld the workpiece, it is one of the most advanced resistance welding methods today, and the main features are as follows.
1, short electrification time, high thermal efficiency, beautiful welding forming
MFDC spot welding machine has a straight output welding current, ensuring the high efficiency of welding heat continuous supply. The time of electrification is short and reaches MS level, which makes the welding heat affected area small and the welding spot shaping beautiful.
2. It can effectively inhibit welding spatter and perform stable and high-quality welding result
The continuous heat supply generated by the flat output current of the MFDC welding machine makes the core temperature rise continuously. Meanwhile, the accurate current rise slope and time control prevent the generation of spatter due to the thermal jump and the inability to control the current rise time.
3. High control accuracy. Due to the high working frequency (usually 1-4khz) of MFDC spot welder, the feedback control accuracy is 20-80 times higher than that of general AC spot welder and secondary rectifier convex spot welder, and the corresponding output control accuracy is also very high.
4. MFDC spot welding machine adopts three-phase input, which is suitable for power grid power supply balance, and does not need power compensation equipment.
5. Energy saving. Due to high thermal efficiency, small welding transformer, small iron loss, welding the same workpiece, energy saving can reach 30% more than ac spot welder and secondary rectifier spot welder
